File does not exist: /usr/local/apache/htdocs/favicon.ico
When browsers request a website, they frequently also request a file called favicon.ico to display in the address bar of the site next to the URL. These icon are normally small (16x16 pixels), and various browsers display them in bookmark and favorites lists, next to the name of the site.
While this file is neither encouraged nor mentioned in any RFC, it is good practice to have one on our site, if only to silence the error logs.
You can find details about favicon.ico files, and methods for creating and using them, at Wikipedia.
